ELECTIONS ALERT:::Luxis Avaram has won re-election as RNC and GOP heads respectively.

    This is actually INCORRECT on both counts. It is true that if a Branch Leader is challenged and he/she loses, they cannot contend the Party leadership and so on.

    HOWEVER, as long as they remain unchallenged for the more senior office itself (in this instance the Presidency of the Republic of Titulia) then, as an example, even if Avaram lost the Party leadership he can remain as President of the Republic.
