ALERT:McVicker releases Economic Plan

While running for re-election,Pres. Dennis McVicker (L) released a new economic plan,which includes giving his own money to help stimulate the economy. He said he wants to:

1. Create a Federal Reserve Bank
2. Create Business Grants
3. Create Land Grants

As a Conservative,I feel that this may be too much money especially with grants. Will Titulians pay the government back? If too much borrowing,it will lead to a recession like in the US.
