TITULIA CITY | Former President Dennis McVicker (L) has dropped out of the Presidential Race moments before nomination ended. He intended on handing over the Libertarian nomination to Karl Christen,who was likely to be a Republican nominee. Unfortunately for McVicker and Christen,time ran out for Christen to be nominated.
