UPDATE: Test Look

As The Times as updated their look,which we must say looks VERY impressive, we have decided by one vote to redesign our homepage as well. This is a test of what MIGHT be TC's new look. TC is also currently creating a new logo using TC Advertising,owned by our parent company. We are trying to make TC look impressive and modern. This is not our final layout,as we are still researching other options.
