ReplyDeleteTo prevent any misunderstanding, the Court nominees do not form part of the Cabinet.
However, you are correct that the McVicker-Norton Administration has nominated Mr Robert Descoteaux to be Associate Justice of the General Court. If confirmed, he will join Justice Colonel who was confirmed under the previous administration.
