RNC ELECTION:Julian wins with 1 vote cast

TITULIA CITY | Incumbent RNC President JP9893 was defeated today in an election with only 1 vote cast. Pres. JP9893 said that he would not vote for himself for ethical reasons and it is presumed that RNC rival Julian voted for himself and was the only vote.
