CONCEPCION,Chile (TNC) | An 8.8 earthquake has hit Concepcion and has also affected the capital, Santiago. Several deaths have already been reported in the Santiago area. This quake comes in the wake of the massive 7.0 earthquake in Haiti. The quake has also initiated a tsunami warning for Chile, but some government reports say this has been reduced.
