TITULIA CITY (TC) | TC has learned that RNC Leader Julian (R-Con) has asked his most recent opponent for re-election, Post Editor JP9893 (R-GOP) to stay on as GOP Branch President. Julian told TC/Daily that “due to party and especially branch growth, I want [JP] to stay on so he may use his months of experience to introduce them [to the RNC]”. JP has stated he will not run for re-election as GOP Branch President and rumors are that he may step down as TC MediaCorp CEO/Special Rep. in order to keep himself unbiased (due to working for TCMC and The Post). TC has learned that JP will stay “for one more election and one more [election] only”. JP does not plan on initiating another election due to fears “the newcomers will elect a newcomer”. He told TC/Daily that if he faces a strong challenge, he will campaign as hard as he did for RNC Leader twice.
TC OPINION/ Do you think JP should stay on as GOP Branch President, TCMC CEO/Special Rep. , and/or Post Editor? Should he resign a post?
