Why JP may lose re-election

TITULIA CITY (TC) | GOP Branch President JP9893 (R-GOP) may be ousted as it seems the perceived “newcomers” have mobilized behind his opponent, Lea Carmody. He is weak after the perceived “ideology war” a week ago that had a negative effect on his standings among the GOP. JP has been a longtime branch President and last faced election in January. He assumed office in September (2nd term), and is the longest-serving RNC Branch President.

JP has been and may still be a good branch president should I lose election. This article puts it quite correctly--the ideology war needs to end and a united Republican Party needs to emerge to elect a Republican Liberty house next election.

    The numbers don't lie.

    - President Gerry Brady has dropped to a 69% approval rating (not 80% as previously reported)--which is a drop of 3% on the last TC Poll due to an increased turn out of Republicans against Pres. Brady.

    - The Administration has an 80% unfavourable with GOP members--the largest disapproval rating since he took office two months ago.

Yet after two very telling polls--our branch and party president are defying the will of the RNC members that are calling for them to stand up and represent them. After all--Republican leaders are supposed to support Republicans--not another party.

This was a difficult decision to run but a necessary one. Hopefully President Julian and President JP will use this as a wake up call regardless of the result--which will be close no matter who's elected.

Good luck to my opponent and friend Jp9893.

    Leah Carmody
    Candidate for GOP president
