TITULIA CITY (TC) | The RNC is facing a growing inactivity rate since RNC Leader Luxis Avaram (R-GOP) took office. Mr Avaram has largely been inactive since the swearing in of his interim term on Saturday. Yesterday, he was confirmed as the elected RNC leader in the leadership election.
