VICTORY! : LN-SDP REGIME ENDS IN A NEW GOVERNMENT

aug10election
TITULIA CITY (TNC Newswire) | In a surprise victory, LRP-RNC Candidate TJ Norton (LRP) defeated former President Reformer (SDP) with 53% of the vote (19 votes) to Reformer’s 47% (17 votes). On the first day of voting, Reformer was considered the front-runner and the next president. However, Norton gained momentum while Reformer scaled back as he was expecting a win anyway. But last night (US-EDT), Norton gained more than 50% of the vote and maintained that lead – enough to avoid a second round. This win for the LRP-RNC ends the continuous LN-SDP backed presidents that began with Former Pres. Teacher (R-LN) a year ago.
In his first nomination, he has nominated Former Pres. Gregory Hock (LN) to become Attorney General. Click here to vote
However, MC Daddy D (LN) is once again claiming that the election ended too early. TJ Norton has already been certified as the new president by Admin and the granting of a request such as that is highly unlikely.

RNC TO SELL OLD WEBSPACE OF DAILY FOR T$300

rncdailylogocalibri

TITULIA CITY (TC-TNC Business) | The RNC is selling the Daily’s former webspace for T$ 300 – along with archive access (up to the last post on that page) and any images currently on the page.

80% of the T$ 300 is going directly to the RNC’s personal funds, while 20% of the T$ 300 will go to TC MediaCorp.

The RNC Daily will move its webspace, effective July 1,2010 at 11:59 PM US-EDT. Its soon-to-be former webspace will contain the URL oldrncdaily.blogspot.com . The new Daily will require a subscription and is expected to generate revenue for the RNC. Although, 20% of revenues still go to TC MediaCorp. It has been reported that if the new RNC Daily is successful – they will leave TCMC and form their own media venture.

TC and TNC’s old archives are also up for grabs – but they have not been publicizing it. TC’s archives are worth approx. T$ 500 and TNC’s are worth T$250. To purchase these webspaces – contact TC EIC JI981993 or TNC Chairman Julian.

JI981993 (R-FM) now owns a powerful 95% of the company, with the remaining 5% used to display the other companies.

President Julian is rumored to stop holding Question Times, but has confirmed that another one will be held at Liberty House.

ALERT: TNC ECONOMIC FORUM POSTPONED; TNC withdraws from Stickam

ONE

DISCUSSION

A Discussion on the Future of Titulia

TITULIA CITY | Following today’s failed meeting due to connection problems, the TNC Economic Forum is being planned for a new time in March. Coordinators Julian (R-Con) and JI981993 (R-FM) stated that connection problems with the internet and with Stickam.com caused difficulty entering the meeting and keeping it on. The Economic Forum is being renamed and rebranded in order to reflect its importance. It will be held on a new website, UStream which has better connectivity and a better feel than Stickam. Notable celebrities such as Ashton Kutcher use UStream to broadcast podcasts and bands such as Bon Jovi, Boys Like Girls and Cobra Starship have used UStream to broadcast one-time free live concerts. TNC has also announced its complete withdrawal of the Stickam website due to tonight’s failure. TNC Chairman Julian told TNCweb that “we are going to stop using Stickam altogether and transfer to our backup site, UStream.” TNC’s UStream URL is www.ustream.tv/tnclive

COMMENTARY

TCOPINIONtheconservative

VOTE YES ON:

Secy for Culture, Arts, and Media Alex Pijanowski (ALP): He is creative and innovative and an active figure in Titulia.  He has done a good job as Post Editor in keeping it up-to-date and neutral.

Secy of Immigration OwenMerry (R):  He is an outstanding citizen that has remained active when many of colleagues have emigrated. He has been active in helping revive the RNC and has brought in new party members. He has great ideas for Titulia and will bring more people to Titulia and keep them here.

Vice-President Reformer (SDP): We do not know why he needs confirmation, but Reformer is truly bipartisan and will work with anyone. We recommend that you confirm him.

NO OPINION:

Attorney General Drmanhaton (LN) : We have no opinion on Brady’s recent opponent in the election. We think he is a good person and has done good, but we are not too sure if he should continue.

Secy of Citizen Services William D. Money (LN) : We would tell you not to vote for him, but we’re pretty sure he’ll still get confirmed courtesy of the loonies.

Secy of Economy Dennis McVicker (LN):  We do not know why Mr. McVicker is President Brady’s choice and we are still a little mad over the nomination, but we do not have any opinion on his confirmation.
