Yesterday,the population was about 1,090 then,when the Admin,our de-facto head of state created a new feature. Now,there are only about 900+ citizens and 120+ active citizens. The Admin wrote in the blog that the new changes include:
1. The displayed number of citizens have changed. Until today, the number erroneously included registrations with unconfirmed e-mail addresses as well as banned citizens. Now the displayed number excludes those.
2. The number of citizens active (i.e. logged in) during the past 7 days is displayed.
3. The referral commission feature gives every citizen a personalised URL they can place on any website. By promoting Titulia this way, you earn T$1 per unique visitor. This supersedes the previous Bank of Titulia Award for Public Relations Excellence in case of self-uploaded references to Titulia.
4. As of the next presidential elections, party presidents may nominate anyone to president of the republic, not only themselves. This completes change request 1/2009 of April 11 by president Luxis Avaram. Article III. Section 3. of the Constitution was changed accordingly.
5. The new Custom Votes & Polls function lets you create votes and polls in a more flexible way. This is offered as a technical feature for anyone to use - the legal status of these votes and polls, if any, should be determined by the citizens of Titulia.
6. Your profile page now includes an emgration feature, in case you wish to permanently cancel your citizenship. We kindly ask everyone not to use this feature.
7. Various bugs have been fixed, i.e. with the ordering of topics in party & branch forums, pagination of blogs, etc.
