Former Foreign Affairs Minister Julian (R) has won the RNC Conservative Branch Presidency by default. His only rival,SOVfan has dropped out in support of him. The incumbent,Immigration Min Robert Descoteaux has been offline since June 18,a day before an election was initiated by SOVfan. Mr. Julian brought 3 people from the GOP to the Conservative branch,gaining founded status. Minister Julian has not held any office since the Avaram administration. His department was dissolved and he was succeeded by Mac MacDonald as Immigration Minister.
