With only elections for party Presidents and Titulia President,should we remake Titulia into a Parliamentary Republic? We already have a ‘head of state’ as Admin and the ‘head of the government’ is the President,which in fact should be ‘Prime Minister’. We should set up a parliamentary system,dividing Titulia City into districts like Singapore. Think about it…it would kind of make sense since the President does not have total control of Titulia. I think we should make Titulia into a parliamentary republic….HOW about YOU? What’s your opinion?
